How long will my status stay with me?
When you have earned the required points by the expiry dates: 30 Jun or 31 Dec, your status is maintained for the next 6 months.
When will my status change?
A status upgrade is immediate as long as the status qualifier is met. A status downgrade will only apply at the end of the 6 month mark.
Benefits
How do I use my rewards?
There are status rewards as well as redeemable rewards. Earning sufficient points to achieve the higher statuses will unlock benefits and entitlements reflected on the ‘My Account ’ page on the rewards platform:

How can I redeem my entitled rewards?
You can also choose to redeem your accumulated points in exchange for selected rewards. Simply go to the Rewards page, select entitled reward that don't require any points to redeem, and click on “Claim”.

Points
What is the difference between status points and redeemable points?
Status points are accumulated from points earned per parcel shipped and will reflect directly as to which status you are qualified for.
Redeemable points are points earned per parcel that you can use to redeem rewards available and does not attribute to your status at all.
Will my points expire?
Your redeemable points earned from 1st Oct 2020 onwards will have a validity period of 6 months.
How do I earn points?
You can earn Ninja Rewards points with each completed regular delivery order with Ninja Van.
For marketplace (Shopee) deliveries, the number of parcels delivered will be translated into Ninja Rewards points at a 1:2 rate (1 parcel = 2 Ninja Rewards point).
For non-marketplace deliveries, the number of parcels delivered will be translated into Ninja Rewards points at a 1:3 rate (1 parcel = 3 Ninja Rewards point). Please note that shippers are not allowed to claim Ninja Rewards points with Ninja for Ninja Pack orders.
How do I know how many points I have?
You will receive weekly email notifications on the total points you have accumulated and your current Ninja Rewards status. Alternatively, you may also check your point balance under ‘My Account’ page on the rewards platform: https://ph-rewards.ninjavan.co/
I have more than one shipper account, can I combine my points?
Yes. Please inform us by emailing ph.rewards@ninjavan.co
Points Redemption
How to redeem rewards?
Simply login to your Ninja Rewards account at ph-rewards.ninjavan.co.
Click on the ‘Rewards ’ page and choose your rewards. Claim the reward and it will be reflected in the ‘Claimed’ tab.
Upon successful fulfillment, you will receive an email update and your reward will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days or offset from your next bill with us. You can also see the status of your reward in the ‘Fulfilled’ tab.

How do I sign up?
Sign up is done automatically by Ninja Van whenever a new eligible shipper is onboarded with us. Please reach out to us at ph-rewards@ninjavan.co should there be any concerns regarding the sign up process. Do note that Ninja Rewards points can only be accumulated after signing up for the program, and cannot be backdated.
How do I know that my sign up is successful?
You will receive an email notifying you of your successful registration. Do note that points can only be accumulated after signing up for the program, and cannot be backdated.
I signed up successfully, why don’t I have status/points updates?
You have to maintain a volume of at least Bronze status and higher to receive status/points updates.
Is there a membership fee or subscription fee to join?
There is no membership fee or subscription fee. It is free for every shipper to join.
Does the membership have an expiry date?
Membership has no expiry date. Members will automatically be re-enrolled for each new calendar year.
How do I opt out if I no longer want to be part of the program?
Please contact the team at ph-rewards@ninjavan.co if you no longer wish to be part of the program.
